Introducing our new Room Block System in Version 4.3

Parallel to our system upgrade to version 4.3, WEEcommunicate is announcing a new Platform for Event Planners – a Room Block System that allows customers to book hotel rooms from a room block offered by the event management firm.

It offers a state-of-the art booking experience that promotes hotels and hotel room types per conference, with e-commerce transactions. Event planners have a complete admin section at their disposal to manage registrations, fulfill a wide variety of customer service requests. They can synchronize the bookings with their hotels at any time. Reports can be sent to the hotel manager with a secure login and double authentication to keep data secure.

A reporting dashboard keeps the event planner up-to-date with all bookings.
