Added Master Sync feature for Mailchimp

In order to sync the complete CRM contact database with the Mailchimp email database, we added a feature in the CRM APP to push all CRM contacts to Mailchimp based on your selection algorythm. This feature is available on the contact list page as a 2-step process:

  1. Sync Contact names with email address
  2. Sync Contact tags of previously synced contacts

Mailchimp receives the request as a batch process. There are time delays between the request and completed data updates.

Bug Fixes

  • Resolved data insert of tags in forms into activity and CRM view

1. Mailchimp Email integration

  • Synchronizing contact information including tags in real-time when changed.
  • Check all APPS to ensure that every contact action will be considered.
  • Checked actions:
    • New contact inserts
    • Existing contact updates
    • Actions by admin user
    • Actions by contact (i.e. in web forms)
  • More Details:
    • Every new contact entered into the CRM with email address will be automatically added to the selected Mailchimp audience. Selected tags for the contact, if included in the tag category in these settings will also be associated to the contact in mailchimp to segment the contact.
    • Every existing contact updated in the CRM with email address will be automatically updated in the selected Mailchimp audience. Any updated tags for the contact, if included in the tag category in these settings will also be associated to the contact in mailchimp to segment the contact.
    • Every new contact inserted into the CRM through a form with email address will be automatically added to the selected Mailchimp audience. Selected tags for the contact, if (1) used in the form, and (2) included in the tag category in these settings will also be associated to the contact in mailchimp to segment the contact.
    • Every existing contact updated in the CRM through a form with email address will be automatically updated in the selected Mailchimp audience. Any updated tags for the contact, if included in the tag category in these settings will also be associated to the contact in mailchimp to segment the contact.
    • The information in your CRM will always be used to update Mailchimp.
  • Webhook implementation: Subscribe status changes in Mailchimp (i.e. opt-out) will update CRM information.

 

2. Personal Meeting Room for all users to stream virtual meetings

  • Personal Meeting Room feature, enabling admin users to create their individualized meeting room with full WEBRTC functionality and ZOOM integration.
  • Personalization of room design with customizable backdrop, portrait picture, greeting text.
  • Invite feature to send email invitation to any email address
  • Published URL accessible by attendee using web browser, no download required
  • Attendee insert into CRM, insert as activity and 360 degree LIFE view to ensure tracking of activity.

Critical Update Zoom API to version 2.0.1

Critical update: Web Meeting SDK v2.0.1
The release of Chrome 93 on August 31st will result in breaking changes to WebCodecs due to API updates.
This is why we installed a critical system update to register each account with Chrome. The new feature is available immediately.

Streaming can be enabled in account settings > Web settings > Google Domain Verification. Read instructions on the accont page.
