Our customers asked us to create a classic event registration process. The WEEcommunnicate event platform has so far offered an e-commerce-like registration experience with a shopping cart. We learned that some industries still prefer the step-by-step registration process. So we added the option to switch between registration experiences "e-commerce" and "classic".
As always, the main objective is to keep the registration process as short as possible to reduce the abandonment of registrations (or cart).
This will add more value to those customers. The first feedback is very positive as far as we see.
